SHIPPING and DELIVERY

Shipping costs are determined by UPS based on the Purchaser’s zip code. Gopro Jimbo, herein (The Company) begins processing orders for physical items purchased as they are received and strives for a maximum 24 hour turnaround from the time an order is placed to the time it’s shipped. Orders arriving before 11 AM EST, in most cases, will be shipped out the same day, with exception of Fridays/weekends and holidays that would ship the next business day. Many distributors do not process order on weekends. Express or overnight shipments are not sent out until the next available business day.

The Company is not responsible for shipping delays regardless of cause, i.e. backorders, force majeure, war, weather, communication, mechanical failure, or any other mishap, and no company, The Company, Distributor  or Shipper, can be held liable for damages, financial or otherwise, caused due to late arrival of order.

To qualify for Free Ground Shipping, your shopping cart must exceed $200 before tax and must not contain any oversized merchandise to be shipped within the Continental United States.

PHOTOGRAPHY and EDITING PACKAGES

The delivery of the finished product for photography and editing packages is determined at the time of the shoot and can vary greatly depending on the number of photos shot that require editing, or the amount of video shot and required editing for predetermined final edit time.
